🔧 Product and technical support
Q1: What robot systems does your programming platform/SDK support?
A: We support mainstream robot operating systems (such as ROS 1/ROS 2), and can also be integrated into custom hardware platforms. Specific compatible models can be found in the developer documentation, or contact us for docking guides.

Q2: Do I need to be connected to the Internet to use your programming tools?
A: Our local development tools can be used offline, and some remote debugging or cloud services (such as log analysis and simulators) require an Internet connection.

Q3: What programming languages do you support?
A: Our platform natively supports Python and C++, and some modules also provide binding interfaces for JavaScript and Rust.
